Frist and foremost, there is no doubt that physical exercise is helpful for our health. Base on big data, a majority of successful social elites admitted that they have spent 2/3 of their time in doing physical exercise. Furthermore, it is obvious that it is beneficial in achieving difficulted task for student to have a healthy body. Where there is physical exercise, there is healthy body, therefore our health can be improve.
