Hi6278

Hi6278 combines a dedicated current mode PWM controller with integrated high voltage power MOSFET.Vcc low startup current and low operating current contribute to a reliable power on startup design with Hi6278. the IC operates in Extended ‘burst mode’ to minimize switching loss. Lower standby power and higher conversio efficiency is thus achieved. Hi6278 operates in the fixed PWM frequency ,the frequency is 65KHz.Excellent EMI performance is achieved with proprietary frequency huffling echnique.Soft Start with 4mS,Hi6278 offers complete protection coverage with automatic self-recovery feature including Vcc over voltage clamp and under voltage lockout (UVLO), over voltage protection(OLP),over current protection (OCP). Hi6278 is offered in SOP8 package.
