外贸人学会承诺式逼单!老外就爱这套!

有很多小伙伴们反馈说客户跟进很久了,就是不下单,也不敢催,但咱该催还是得催,要讲究方法,今天Erica给大家总结了五个逼单思路,让客户心甘情愿下单!

1、直击痛点法

识别并解决客户的关注点和疑虑,借此助力客户搞定痛点,并借此契机有效促进订单的达成。

打消客户顾虑

你好!我想通知您,所有生产所需的原材料已齐备,一旦收到您的付款,我们将立即着手进行生产安排。

2、给客户甜头

可以采取为客户提供限时优惠或限定条件的方案,激发客户尽快作出购买决定。

Hello, as l have not received a reply from you for a longerperiod of time,l would like to ask if you have any concerns or considerations? lf the issue is with the price,l can try to get you some discounts.

3、给客户选项

当你和客户已经有了深度沟通,但仍未下单时,就不要直接提出是或否的决定性问题,反而要主动提供多种选择方案给他参考。

不问行不行,要不要,而是列出来给他选择Hello, thank you for your positive response.lf the

information in the quotation is confirmed correct, wouldyou prefer to pay by wire transfer(T/T) or letter of credit(L/C)?

您好,感谢您的积极回应。若报价单中的信息确认无误,请问您倾向于电汇(T/T)还是信用证(L/C)方式进行支付呢?

4、敢于反问

如果之前已经催过单了,但是客户还是没有下单,可以尝试反问方法进行。

不问行不行,要不要,而是列出来给他选择Before we conclude our conversation, would it beconvenient for you to let me know what concerns orquestions remain unresolved at this time? l would behappy to help you with your concerns.

在我们结束对话之前,您是否方便告诉我目前还有哪些疑虑或问题尚未解决呢?我很乐意为您排忧解难。

5、对客户提出要求

在沟通过程中,应明确表达合作意向,并适时向客户传递成交的积极信号。
